For complete peace of mind, we provide before-and-after photos via email or WhatsApp so you can see exactly how your property has been prepared. Our team also checks for damages, leaks or maintenance concerns and lets you know if essential supplies such as toiletries or toilet paper are running low.

Short notice bookings are not always possible. Please provide us with as much notice as possible to guarantee availability.

We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice, this will be free of charge.
Late cancellation for a minimum of 12 hours will be charged at 50%.

Yes, we will wash, dry and iron your Linen for a fee per pack.
Here are the exact clauses:
Linen must be provided in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition. Excessively soiled or stained items may incur an additional charge or may be refused.
We will always attempt stain removal, however results cannot be guaranteed. Any permanent stains or damage will be the responsibility of the host
Natural wear, colour fade and minimal shrinkage may occur during professional laundering. Le Clean Atelier does not accept liability for deterioration of items due to age, fabric type, or pre-existing weaknesses.
Linen will be checked in and out. Le Clean Atelier is not responsible for pre-existing missing items or mismatched sets
Standard turnaround: 48 - 72 hours.
Express service (if available) may incur an additional fee
All laundered linen will be folded, pressed and packaged neatly. Delivery and collection are included within service areas, unless stated otherwise
Host Linen must be labelled.
To ensure quality results, we reserve the right to limit the amount of linen per collection
Payment is due upon invoice or according to your service agreement. Late payments may suspend future collections
We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, delicate fabrics unsuited to commercial machines, or items without care labels

Please note that for appointment made on Sunday and Bank holiday, we have a surcharge of 20%.
